ACMP Programme Overview
The AFC Club Management Programme equips current and emerging leaders across Asia’s football ecosystem with the strategic, operational and cultural capabilities required to build resilient, high-performing clubs. Grounded in evidence-based frameworks and enriched with real-world case studies, the programme guides participants through every stage of a club’s journey – from history and governance to stakeholder alignment, performance infrastructure, digital innovation and social responsibility – equipping them to balance sporting ambition with sustainable business practice and community impact.
Spanning 10 modules, the programme blends global best practices with the unique realities of Asian football and enables participants to understand the full scope of club operations and the leadership skills needed for the future.

Application Criteria
-
Each Member Association (MA) and Regional Association (RA) may nominate Presidents, Chairs, Board Directors, General Secretaries, Chief Executives, Department Heads, and high-potential managers preparing to assume executive responsibilities. Please note that nominations from leagues and clubs must be submitted through their respective MAs.

Independent applicants who have graduated from the following programmes are encouraged to apply:

AFC Football Management Certificate (FMC)

AFC Football Management Diploma (FMD)

AFC Certificate in Football Leadership (ACFL)

AFC Empowering Women in Football Programme (AEWFP)

Applicants must have at least four (4) years of relevant professional experience.

Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English

Applicants must be highly motivated and able to dedicate a minimum of 12 self-study hours a week for the duration of the programme.
